Today, we did a waste audit. We sorted out the bins into recycling categories. We really found a nappy that Sally had to take away. Recycling became better. We increased our recycling by 73%. Last year we were recycling 11% but this year we recycled or composted 84%. We also found a bannana which was yucky! And we also found apple cores. Unfortunately some people don't put rubbish in the right place which was very upsetting but we fixed it. We came up with some ideas about how to teach all the children which bins are which.
